Working out the many details that bring a buyer and seller together has been my full time job for nearly 30 years.

My Buyers have stated that the one reason they like my site is because I don't "pester" them. When they find something of interest they contact me for more information or an appointment. Otherwise we are strangers to each other until the first appointment. Even then, there is no obligation to buy through me. You decide!
